SANTA CLARA, Calif. — The No. 18-ranked Harvard University men’s water polo team was doubled up by No. 13 University of the Pacific, 12-6, in both programs’ first game at the Julian Fraser Memorial Tournament hosted by Santa Clara University. The Crimson saw its seven-game win streak snapped as it dropped to 10-11 on the season.
Juniors Lukas Peabody and Dean Strauser led Harvard with two goals and one assist apiece. Senior attacker Vilas Sogaard-Srikrishnan was pressed into action in the net again and provided 10 saves.
