BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Typically a timeout allows for the offensive team to design and run a play. In this week’s KAP7 Tip of the Week Chalk Talk segment, KAP7 co-founder/swimming and water polo Olympian/Olympic Gold Medalist Bradley Schumacher explains a defensive play that can be used to confuse the offense and get the most out of a timeout.
Now in its fourth year of existence since the first video was released on February 4, 2013, the KAP7 Tip of the Week series features instruction on basic skills (egg-beater, passing, goalie technique) and more advanced skills and tricks to help players raise their game to another level. Past presenters include Olympic goalie Genai Kerr, former Stanford University star Kelly Eaton, former University of Southern California standout Johnathon Hewko and KAP7 co-founders/Olympians Schumacher and fellow Olympian Wolf Wigo.
