BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Ohio University alumnus Mike Jones was recently presented with the Scott Wright Alumni Award by Sycamore High School (Cincinnati, Ohio) for his contribution to the sport of water polo over the last 15 years.
A 2006 graduate of Ohio, Jones competed on the men’s club team at Ohio and helped coach the women’s program club program during his tenure in Athens, Ohio. The recipient of a Masters of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University in 2020, he founded the Ohio Squirrels Masters Team in January 2007, founded the Ohio Water Polo Camp and co-founded the Spin Lob Podcast.
An Ohio high school, club and age group water polo official during his spare time, he currently works as the Assistant Vice President, Sales Desk for Touchstone Investments in Cincinnati.
