BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Ethan Stout (Jr., Irvine, Calif./Irvine) of the University of Alabama stoned Auburn University (13-1 W) and regular season champion the Georgia Institute of Technology “A” (7-4 W) with 25 saves and four steals during a 4-0 weekend for the Crimson Tide during the final Men’s Collegiate Club Southeast Division regular season tournament. For his efforts, Stout is lauded as the division’s October 14 Player of the Week.
Alabama, which also claimed 5-0 forfeit wins versus both Georgia Tech “B” and the University of Kentucky, concluded the regular season with a 5-2 mark to claim the No. 3 seed for the Southeast Division Championship on Saturday-Sunday, October 26-27, at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia.
