BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Elle Tuttle (So., Hudsonville, Mich./Hudsonville) contributed 12 goals, an assist and four steals during a 3-0 weekend for No. 17-ranked Grand Valley State University at the Midwest Division Championship hosted by Miami University to help the Lakers claims the division’s crown. For her performance, Tuttle is honored as the April 7 Women’s Collegiate Club Midwest Division Player of the Week.
She scored five times in an 8-4 defeat of Division III No. 2 Washington University in St. Louis prior to accounting for a pair of goals in a 15-3 victory over Illinois State University to earn a spot in the division title game. Facing No. 17 the University of Notre Dame for the crown and a spot in the 2025 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, on Friday-Sunday, April 11-13, she notched another five goal output in helping the Lakers sink the Irish by an 8-6 count in the title tilt.
