BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Molly Goodman (So., Harleysville, Pa./Souderton) contributed 11 goals, eight assists, four steals and a field block in leading No. 16-ranked Pennsylvania State University “A” team to the 2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Mid-Atlantic Division Championship at the University of Pennsylvania.  For her efforts, she is named the division’s April 6 Player of the Week.

She started the weekend on Saturday, April 4, by scoring three times in a 17-6 victory over the University of Pittsburgh “B” before capping the day by scoring five times in an 18-4 defeat of the host Quakers in the tournament semifinals.  The result versus Pennsylvania was adjusted to a 5-0 forfeit following the contest per league rules due to the use of an athlete that did not meet the league’s regular season/championship eligibility rule.

In the title game on Sunday, April 5, she scored three times in the second quarter as the Nittany Lions pulled away from the University of Pittsburgh “A” in a 9-5 victory to clinch the division crown and an automatic bid to the 2026 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship on Friday-Sunday, April 17-19, at the Carlisle YMCA Aquatic Center in Carlisle, Pa.
