BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Alayna Ickert (Fr., Flower Mound, Texas/Flower Mound) of Division III No. 5-ranked Augustana College contributed a goal and five exclusions drawn during a 1-1 opening weekend for the Vikings at McKendree University. For her performance, she is named the February 12 Collegiate Water Polo Association Division III Rookie of the Week.
Ickert commenced her intercollegiate career in an 11-8 loss to the host Bearcats on Saturday, February 10, prior to chipping in a goal and five exclusions drawn in a 12-4 non-conference defeat of Carthage College.
