BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Ocean Akau (So., Pana’ewa, Hawaii/Kamehameha) tallied two goals, an assist and a penalty drawn in a 19-6 loss in No. 8-ranked Augustana College’s season-opener at McKendree University to earn laurels as the February 13 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Player of the Week.
The award marks the first weekly honor bestowed on Akau by the CWPA.
