BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Brooke Le (Sr., Flower Mound, Texas/Flower Mound) of Division III No. 6-ranked Austin College contributed three goals, pairs of assists and steals along with an ejection drawn against No. 22 Brown University at home in the Hannah Natatorium to claim honors as the April 4 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Player of the Week.
Facing the Bears in the inaugural National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) women’s varsity game in the state of Texas, Le helped the Kangaroos hold their own in a 16-6 loss to Brown.
The award marks the third weekly honor of her intercollegiate career after previously earning Rookie of the Week status on April 1, 2019, and a nod as Player of the Week on March 9, 2020.
