BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Lexi Wong (So., Lantana, Texas/Guyer) of Division III No. 10-ranked Austin College posted 12 goals over four games at the 2020 Tina Finali Memorial Tournament hosted by California Lutheran University to earn status as the March 2 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Player of the Week.

A two-time Player of the Week after previously sharing the award with Wittenberg Unviersity’s Savanah Phillips (Sr., San Diego, Calif./Grossmont) on February 3 and a two-time Rookie of the Week pick (March 4, April 15) during the 2019 season, Wong opened the weekend by netting six goals with a pair of exclusions drawn in a 14-9 loss to California State University-Monterey Bay on Friday, February 28. 

Following a steal in a 14-6 loss to Sonoma State University to close out the day, she returned to the water on Saturday, February 29, to post a pair of markers in a 16-7 loss to California State University-East Bay prior to a four goal, one steal performance in a 12-11 defeat by Fresno Pacific University.
