BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — 2021 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Championship Most Valuable Player Madison Taylor (Jr., Cooper Canyon, Texas/Marcus) scored six goals in helping Division III No. 2-ranked Austin College top Carthage College and Wittenberg University for the league’s Division III crown. For her performance, Taylor claims status as the April 19 CWPA Division III Player of the Week.
A first-time weekly honor recipient from the league office, Taylor notched three goals in a 17-2 victory over host Carthage on Saturday, April 17, prior to accounting for another trio in a 20-6 defeat of Wittenberg for the program’s inaugural league championship crown.
