BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Ashley Kulesza (Sr., Great Falls, Va./Washington Waldorf School) posted 13 goals, four assists and two steals during a 1-3 weekend at Bowdoin College to earn recognition as the April 9 Women’s Collegiate Club North Atlantic Division Player of the Week.
She helped her team defeat the host Polar Bears (14-10 W) to go along with losses to Tufts University (13-6 L) and Yale University (12-3 L) along with an exhibition defeat by Wellesley College (12-3 L).
The performance helped Bates clinch the No. 6 seed for the upcoming North Atlantic Division Championship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass., on Saturday-Sunday, April 14-15.
