BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Alexandra Love (Sr., Newport Beach, Calif./Newport Harbor) of No. 22-ranked Brown University scored three times during a season-opening 12-8 defeat of Iona University at home in the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center on Sunday, January 18, to earn recognition as the January 19 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Player of the Week.
The award marks the first weekly honor bestowed on Love as a member of the Bears’ water polo program.
