BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Katie Dvonch (Fr., Seal Beach, Calif./Los Alamitos) of Brown University totaled 12 goals, five assists and five steals during a 3-1 weekend at the Harvard University Invitational to collect status as the March 9 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Rookie of the Week.

A two-time Rookie of the Week selection following previous recognition on January 27, she opened the invite in Cambridge., Mass., by posting five goals with an assist and a steal in a 13-12 loss to Salem University on Saturday, March 7.  Dvonch closed out the opening day of competition by chipping in a goal, an assist and two steals in an 11-9 defeat of No. 24-ranked Marist College. in a 15-4

On Sunday, March 8, she netted three goals with an assist and a steal in a 15-4 victory over Long Island University.  In the weekend finale for the Bears against No. 24-ranked Marist College, Dvonch tacked on three goals – including the game-winner in sudden-death/victory overtime – along with two assists and a steal as Brown topped the Red Foxes 15-14.
