BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Zoe King (Sr., Almaden, Calif./Leland) of No. 19-ranked Brown University contributed 10 goals, four assists and three steals during a 4-0 weekend at the Bronco Invitational hosted by Santa Clara University to earn status as the February 20 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Player of the Week.
A first-time weekly honor recipient from the league office, King posted four goals versus Santa Clara (14-6 W) and another against California State University-Monterey Bay (14-3 W) on Saturday, February 18, to start the weekend. On Sunday, February 19, she tacked on three more in helping to dispatch California State University-East Bay (11-10 W) prior to finding the netting twice in a 10-7 defeat of No. 20 San Jose State University.
