Men’s World Cup Final Schedule | World Aquatics Championships Schedule | World Aquatics Media Guide

LEWISBURG, Pa. — Bucknell University head men’s and women’s water polo coach John McBride will serve as an assistant coach for the United States Men’s Team in the Water Polo World Cup 2023 Fina and the 2023 World Aquatics Championships.

The Men’s Water Polo World Cup 2023 Final will be held in Los Angeles, Calif., from Friday-Sunday, June 30-July 2, and hosted by the University of Southern California. Eight teams qualified for the event: Italy, Spain, the USA, Greece, Serbia, Hungary, Germany and Romania. The USA team opens the competition with a quarterfinal match against Serbia at 10:00 p.m. Eastern/7:00 p.m. Pacific on June 30. 

The 2023 World Aquatics Championships, scheduled for Friday-Sunday, July 14-30, are hosted in Fukuoka, Japan. The event aims to create the future of aquatic sports through innovative technology, and also create a future for the region by connecting various people. The water polo portion of the event takes place from Saturday-Saturday, July 15-29.
