BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Julia Penkal (Gr., Harleysville, Pa./Souderton) of Carnegie Mellon University recorded 15 goals, two assists, 16 steals and a pair of field blocks during a 2-2 weekend at Pennsylvania State University for the Tartans during a 2-2 league weekend to earn status as the February 17 Women’s Collegiate Club Mid-Atlantic Division Player of the Week.
She helped CMU take down West Chester University (10-8 W) and Penn State White (13-4 W) with losses to No. 20-ranked Penn State Blue (14-2 L) and the University of Pennsylvania (12-11 L).
