BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Due to travel arrangements for one of the teams, the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) announces a multi-day schedule change for the 2019 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship at the University of Notre Dame’s Rolfs Aquatics Center on Friday-Sunday, May 3-5.

On Friday, May 3, Game 7 (University of Washington vs. Cornell University) at 4:00 p.m. and Game 8 (Boston College vs. Pennsylvania State University) at 5:10 p.m. flip with Game 7 (Washington-Cornell) becoming Game 8 and Game 8 (Boston College-PSU) becoming Game 7.

This impacts the consolation round games during the evening of Friday, May 3, as the Loser of Game 2 now faces the Loser of Game 8 (8:40 p.m.) and the Loser of Game 1 takes on the Loser of Game 7.  Opponents do not change in these games, only the numeration of the games (from 7 to 8 and vice versa).

The same is true in the quarterfinal round during the morning of Saturday, May 4, as the Winner of Game 1 meets the Winner of Game 7 at 9:00 a.m. and the Winner of Game 2 will take on the Winner of Game 8 at 11:20 a.m.

Further, the Winner of Game 11 faces the Winner of Game 9 at 1:40 p.m. and the Winner of Game 12 squares off with the Winner of Game 10 at 2:50 p.m.

During the evening of Saturday, May 4, the Loser of Game 9 meets the Loser of Game 11 (8:40 p.m.) and the Loser of Game 10 clashes with the Loser of Game 12 (9:50 p.m.) to complete the changes.
