BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) online collegiate club referee education series begins on Thursday, September 19, as former Brown University head coach/CWPA Hall of Fame member/CWPA Coordinator of Officials Ed Reed presents on the new 2024-26 NCAA water polo rules.
The 2024 Referee Online Training presentations will occur at 7:30 p.m. Eastern/4:30 p.m. Pacific on Thursdays each week from September 19-to-October 17 with Reed and Collegiate Club Referee Assignor Mike Francis alternating on the presentation schedule of approximately one hour discussions.
The referee education series is presented on Zoom by CLICKING HERE, entering the Meeting ID (868 6286 8727) and Passcode (645549).
Following the September 19 session, Reed presents an overview of coaches expectations and communication on October 3. Francis will cover illegal entry on September 26 along with misconduct calls (October 10) and correctable errors (October 17) to conclude the five-weeks of topics.
