BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the hosting rotation for the 2018-to-2022 Men’s Division III Collegiate Club Championships.
In 2018, the Colonial Division will host the event with Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn., approved as the site. The tournament will then move to the Independent Regions in 2019 as any conference other than the North Atlantic, Heartland, New York, New England, Colonial and Mid-Atlantic Divisions with a Division III institution can bid to host.
The Mid-Atlantic (2020), North Atlantic (2021) and Heartland (2022) Divisions are then tentatively scheduled to host. However, if a division is incapable or does not wish to host the championship in its assigned season the rotation will move forward to the next division (i.e., if the independent divisions can not host in 2019, then the Mid-Atlantic Division will move up to 2019 with the North Atlantic and Heartland Divisions rising to 2020 and 2021, respectively).
