2021 Men’s Collegiate Club New England Division Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2021 Men’s Collegiate Club New England Division schedule.
Comprised of Boston College, Boston University, Dartmouth College, Northeastern University, the University of Connecticut and Yale University, the New England Division will contest its 26th season in the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) with Williams College (1995, 1997, 2000, 2006), Dartmouth (1996, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2015), the University of Massachusetts (2002), Yale (2003, 2004, 2005, 2009, 2010, 2011), Middlebury College (2007) and Boston College (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) combining for all the titles. The 2020 season was not contested due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to a lack of regular season hosts, the division will be comprised exclusively of a championship on Saturday-Sunday, October 30-31, at Boston College in Newton, Mass. The 12-game event is seeded based on the final results of the 2019 season.
The victor of the division championship earns an automatic berth to the 2021 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship slated to be hosted by the University of Alabama at the Huntsville Aquatic Center in Huntsville, Ala., on Friday-Sunday, November 12-14.
