BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2021 Week 6/October 28 Men’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Polls.
Released each week during the season, the Top 20 and Division III Top 10 polls have no bearing on qualifiers for either the National Collegiate Club Championship or the Division III Collegiate Club Championship.
2021 Men’s Collegiate Club National Top 20 (Week 6/October 28)
The University of California-San Diego remains at No. 1 as the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2021 Week 6/October 28 Men’s Collegiate Club National Top 20 rankings.
UC-San Diego (95 points) and San Diego State University (93 points) retain the top spots, while the University of Southern California (86 points) and the University of California (86 points) are now tied at No. 3. Michigan State University (85 points) rises to No 5 with California State University Maritime Academy (71 points) and California Polytechnic State University (69 points) inching back to No. 6 and 7 after tying at No 5 last week.
San Jose State University (63 points) takes over at No. 8 with California State University-Chico (55 points) and the University of Texas (55 points) tying at No. 9.
Florida State University (47 points), the University of Michigan (40 points), Texas A&M University (31 points), the University of Colorado (29 points), Boston College (25 points), the University of Alabama (20 points), the University of Florida (19 points), the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech, 15 points), the University of Utah (14 points) and the University of California-Los Angeles (13 points) complete the Top 20.
The 2021 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship will be decided at the Huntsville Aquatic Center in Huntsville, Ala., on Friday-Sunday, November 12-14.

2021 Men’s Division III Collegiate Club National Top 10 (Week 6/October 28)
Seven-time defending Division III Collegiate Club National Champion Washington University in St. Louis remains the top pick as the Bears are once again the unanimous No. 1 selection in the 2021 Week 6/October 28 Men’s Division III Collegiate Club National Top 10 Poll.
The 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Division III Collegiate Club Champion, Washington in St. Louis (100 points) maintains a nine-point lead over Grinnell College (91 points).
New York University (90 points), Macalester College (82 points), Bowdoin College (79 points) and the United States Coast Guard Academy (71 points) remain at No. 3-to-6, respectively, while Colby College (68 points) and Carnegie Mellon University (66 points) exchange the No. 7 and 8 spots.
Tufts University (58 points) moves ahead of the University of California-Santa Cruz (51 points) to conclude the Top 10.
The 2021 Men’s Division III Collegiate Club Championship Men’s Division III Collegiate Club Championship was canceled due to a lack of pool availability on a Division III campus or in the community surrounding a campus.
