BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2022 Week 8/March 31 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Polls.

2022 Women’s Collegiate Club National Top 20 (Week 8/March 31)

California Polytechnic State University remains at No. 1 in the Week 8/March 31 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 Poll.

Cal Poly (97 points) holds a two-point lead over San Diego State University (95 points) in a Top 20 poll which experiences significant changes from the previous three weeks rankings.

The University of Central Florida (91 points) hangs on at No. 3, while the University of Notre Dame (86 points), the University of Washington (80 points), the University of Michigan (73 points) and the University of Florida (67 points) move up to No. 4-to-7, respectively.

Texas A&M University (65 points) drops back to No. 8 with Boston College (59 points) retaining its previous position at No. 9.

The University of California (52 points), the University of Virginia (47 points), the University of Oregon (43 points), the University of Texas (40 points), Michigan State University (35 points) and the University of California-Santa Barbara (33 points) shift to No. 10-to-15, while Arizona State University (28 points) and previously unranked the University of Pennsylvania (22 points) stand at No. 16 and 17.

The University of Pittsburgh (11 points) and Pennsylvania State University (11 points) are tied at No. 18 with the University of California-San Diego (9 points) completing the Top 20.

2022 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III National Top 10 (Week 8/March 31)

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology remains the top ranked team in the Week 8/March 31 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 Poll.

The poll experiences only one change this week as MIT (97 points), Middlebury College (94 points), the University of California-Santa Cruz (90 points), Tufts University (85 points), Washington University in St. Louis (83 points), Grinnell College (72 points), Carnegie Mellon University (71 points), Hamilton College (65 points) and Saint Olaf College (57 points) remain at No. 1-to-9, respectively.

The change comes at No. 10 as Carleton College (35 points) breaks into the rankings.
