BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2023 Week 12/April 27 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Polls.
2023 Women’s Collegiate Club National Top 20 (Week 12/April 27)
Defending Women’s National Collegiate Club Champion the University of California retains the No. 1 position as the Golden Bears lead the 2023 Week 12/April 27 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 Poll.
California (97 points) – which shared top billing in the Week 5, 6 7, 8, 9 and 10 polls with either the University of Michigan and/or the University of California-Los Angeles – holds a narrow one point lead over Michigan (96 points). Arizona State University (92 points) and the University of California-Santa Barbara (85 points) move up to No. 3 and 4, respectively, with Texas A&M University (76 points) remaining at No. 5.
The University of California-Los Angeles (71 points) slides to No. 6 with San Diego State University (62 points), the University of Notre Dame (61 points), California Polytechnic State University (58 points) and the University of California-Davis (52 points) rounding out the Top 10.
Boston University (48 points), the University of California-San Diego (45 points), the University of Washington (43 points), the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (30 points) and Florida State University (29 points) stand at No. 11-to-15.
The University of Virginia (25 points), the University of Colorado (23 points) and West Chester University of Pennsylvania (19 points) take over at No. 16-to-18 with Michigan State University (8 points) and the University of Oregon (8 points) tying at No. 20.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology concludes the 2023 Division III polling season at No. 1 in the 2023 Week 12/April 27/Final Division III Top 10 poll.
The Engineers (98 points) lead a final poll which experiences some shifts as Tufts University (93 points) moves up to No. 2 to drive Washington University in St. Louis (91 points) and the University of California-Santa Cruz (88 points) back to No. 3 and 4.
New York University (77 points), Middlebury College (74 points), the United States Coast Guard Academy (71 points), Grinnell College (68 points), Carleton College (59 points) and Saint Olaf College (56 points) complete the Top 10.
