BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2024 Week 12/April 11 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Polls.
2024 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 (Week 12/April 11)
The University of California-Davis gains sole custody of the No. 1 position in the Week 12/April 11 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 Poll.
UC-Davis (92 points) was tied with the University of California-Los Angeles, the University of California-San Diego and the University of Notre Dame at No. 1 the past two weeks, but edge out the trio as the Bruins (91 points), Tritons (90 points) and Irish (88 points) slip to No. 2-to-4, respectively, with the University of Michigan (87 points) and California Polytechnic State University (75 points) exchanging the No. 6 and 6 spots.
The University of Florida (67 points), the University of Southern California (60 points), the University of California-Santa Barbara (58 points) and San Diego State University (55 points) complete the Top 10 at No. 7-to-10, respectively.
Texas A&M University (50 points), Michigan State University (43 points), West Chester University (41 points), Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (34 points) and the University of Oregon (24 points) rate at No. 11-to-15, while Florida State University (19 points), the University of Utah (14 points), Arizona State University (14 points), Yale University (13 points), Pennsylvania State University (9 points) and the University of Texas (9 points) complete the Top 20.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology engineers a rise to No. 1 this week as the team dislodges Sierra Pacific Division Championship runner-up the University of California-Santa Cruz from the top spot in the Week 12/April 11 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 Poll.
MIT (97 points) creeps ahead of UC-Santa Cruz (96 points) this week after the Banana Slugs held a 98-to-96 lead over the Engineers last week. Washington University in St. Louis (86 points) moves up to No. 3, New York University (85 points) steps back to No. 4 and Tufts University (84 points) takes over at No. 5.
The United States Coast Guard Academy (77 points) rises to No. 6 with Carnegie Mellon University (70 points), Middlebury College (62 points), Grinnell College (59 points) and Wesleyan University (25 points) wrapping up the Top 10.
