2025 Men’s Collegiate Club Great Lakes Division Schedule

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2025 Men’s Collegiate Club Great Lakes Division schedule.

Ball State University, Grand Valley State University, Miami University (Ohio), the University of Dayton, the University of Notre Dame and Wayne State University will contest the 25th season of Great Lakes Division action. 

In the history of the division, Iowa State University (1997), Western Illinois University (1998), Grand Valley State (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2016), the University of Illinois-Chicago (2009, 2011, 2012, 2015), The Ohio State University (2013, 2014, 2017, 2018), Notre Dame (2019) and Washington University in St. Louis (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) have all claimed at least one championship. The 2020 season was not contested due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Competition begins on the weekend of Saturday-Sunday, September 27-28, with 10 games in Notre Dame, Indiana, at Notre Dame. The regular season concludes a week later in Dayton, Ohio, as Dayton hosts a 12-game weekend.

The nine-game Great Lakes Division Championship tournament is slated for Saturday-Sunday, November 1-2, at Notre Dame with the victor claiming the group’s automatic berth to the 2025 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship on Friday-Sunday, November 7-9, at a site to be determined.
