BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2025 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Week 4/February 20 Polls.

2025 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 (Week 4)

California Polytechnic State University remains at  No. 1 in the nation as the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 Week 4/February 20 Poll.

The Mustangs (98 points) remain one point in front of the University of California-San Diego (97 points) which breaks a tie with the University of California-Davis to acquire solo control of the runner-up position. The University of California-Santa Barbara (90 points) moves up to No. 3 with UC-Davis (85 points) slipping back to No. 4.  Defending National Champion the University of Michigan (80 points) and the University of California-Los Angeles (73 points) climb to. 5 and 6 with the University of Southern California (72 points) dropping back to No. 7.

San Diego State University (65 points), the University of Texas (60 points) and Michigan State University (55 points) rearrange to complete the Top 10 at No. 8-to-10.

The University of Notre Dame (45 points), the University of Washington (43 points), the University of Colorado (32 points), California State University-Chico (26 points) and Texas A&M University (24 points) rate at No. 11-to-15, while Northeastern University (19 points), Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech) (15 points) and Florida State University (14 points) stand at No. 16-to-18.

Pennsylvania State University (11 points) and the University of Florida (11 points) complete the Top 20 in a tie at No. 19.

2025 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 (Week 4)

Washington University in St. Louis and the University of California-Santa Cruz share No. 1 status in the 2025 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 Week 4/February 20 Poll.

Washington (97 points) is caught by UC-Santa Cruz (97 points) as the Bears held a one-point lead over the Banana Slugs last week for the top position. 

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (87 points) gains company at No. 3 from the United States Coast Guard Academy (87 points), while New York University (81 points), Tufts University (74 points), Carnegie Mellon University (70 points), Middlebury College (67 points), Colby College (47 points) remain at No. 5-to-9.

Bowdoin College (34 points) and Williams College (34 points) complete the Top 10 by tying for the final berth.
