2025 Women’s Collegiate Club North Atlantic Division Schedule

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases changes to the 2025 Women’s Collegiate Club North Atlantic Division schedule.

Featuring Bates College, Bowdoin College, Colby College, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Middlebury College, Tufts University, the United States Coast Guard Academy, the University of Vermont, Yale University “A” and Yale University “B”, the now 10-team division is slated to contest three regular season regional tournaments at Vermont in Burlington, Vt. (Saturday-Sunday, February 1-2), Yale in New Haven, Conn. (Saturday-Sunday, February 22-23) and Middlebury in Middlebury, Vt. (Saturday-Sunday, March 1-2).  The Vermont site is an addition as the host for the third regular season weekend was undetermined prior to the afternoon of January 15.  Teams should be aware that due to limited pool time at Vermont, games will operate with five minute quarters and the exclusion of both overtime and timeouts.

Due to the addition of Vermont, pairings at each of the three regular season weekends are adjusted.  Teams should be aware of potential site/date changes for the season compared to the previous released version of the schedule.

The 15-game North Atlantic Division Championship remains on Saturday-Sunday, April 5-6, at Bowdoin in Brunswick, Maine.  The victor of the championship weekend earns the division’s spot at the Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship on Friday-Sunday, April 11-13, at a site to be determined.

In the history of the division, MIT (2005, 2006, 2007, 2017, 2019, 2022, 2023), Boston College (2008, 2009), Middlebury (2010, 2011), Bowdoin (2012, 2014), Yale (2013, 2016, 2024), Boston University (2015) and Tufts (2018) have previously captured North Atlantic Division titles.  A division champion was not crowned during either the 2020 or 2021 seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic terminating the completion and start of the campaigns, respectively.
