BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Week 12/April 23/Final Polls.
2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 (Week 12)
In the aftermath of the 2026 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship on Friday-Sunday, April 17-19, at the Carlisle YMCA Aquatic Center in Carlisle, Pa., National Champion the University of California completes the season at No. 1 in the Week 12/April 23/Final Women’s Collegiate Club Top 20 rankings.
The Golden Bears (100 points) reign as a unanimous No. 1 pick following Cal’s 8-5 defeat of previously top-billed the University of Michigan (92 points) by an 8-5 score in the National Championship game.
Michigan drops back to No. 2 with the duo of the University of California-San Diego (86 points) and Northeastern University (86 points) tying at No. 3.
The University of California-Los Angeles (83 points) remains at No. 5, while the University of California-Santa Barbara (78 points) and Grand Valley State University (65 points) improve to No. 6 and 7. California Polytechnic State University (58 points), San Jose State University (53 points) and Yale University (50 points) complete the Top 10.
The University of Texas (45 points) and Arizona State University (43 points) slip to No. 11 and12 with the pair of the University of Florida (38 points) and Pennsylvania State University (38 points) tying at No. 13.
California State University-Chico (33 points), the United States Naval Academy (29 points), San Diego State University (22 points), the University of Washington (17 points) and Texas A&M University (15 points) rate at No. 15-to-19 with the University of Colorado (7 points) and the University of Notre Dame (7 points) completing the Top 20..

2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 (Week 12/Final)
The University of California-Santa Cruz gains company in the Week 12/April 23/Final Women’s Collegiate Club Division III Top 10 Poll as New York University pulls even with the Banana Slugs in the final voting for the 2026 season.
NYU (96 points) tying UC-Santa Cruz (96 points) is the lone change in the Top 10 as Bowdoin College (89 points), Emory University (85 points), Washington University in St. Louis (83 points), Tufts University (71 points), the United States Coast Guard Academy (69 points), Middlebury College (66 points), Carnegie Mellon University (64 points) and Colby College (57 points) remain at No. 3-to-10.
