BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2026 Week 11/April 1 Women’s Varsity National Top 25, Division III Top 10, CWPA Top Five and CWPA Division III Top Five Polls.

The University of Southern California, Pomona-Pitzer Colleges and Augustana College stay at No. 1 in the Top 25, Division III Top 10 and CWPA Division III Top 5 polls, while Harvard University gains company in the CWPA Top Five from Princeton University.

Voted on by a panel of coaches from around the country based on the cumulative results of the season, the polls are compiled and released on Wednesday during the season.

2026 Women’s Varsity National Top 25 (Week 11)

The University of Southern California remains at No. 1 in the 2026 Week 11/April 1 Women’s Varsity National Top 25 Poll.

The Trojans (99 points), Stanford University (96 points), the University of California-Los Angeles (92 points), the University of California (88 points), Arizona State University (83 points), the University of Hawaii (81 points), Loyola Marymount University (74 points), Long Beach State University (73 points), the University of California-Irvine (67 points), Indiana University (61 points) and Harvard University (60 points) hang on at No 1-to-11, respectively, with trio of Princeton University (52 points), the University of Michigan (52 points) and Fresno State University (52 points) tying at No. 12.

The University of California-Davis (46 points) and the University of California-San Diego (42 points) exchange the No. 15 and 16 positions with San Diego State University (34 points),  Marist University (31 points), San Jose State University (30 points) and University of the Pacific (23 points) retaining the No. 17-to-20 berths.

California Baptist University (20 points) breaks a tie with Wagner College (16 points) to acquire solo possession of the No. 21 ranking, Brown University (10 points) gains company at No. 23 from Villanova University (10 points) and California State University-Northridge (6 points) continues at No. 25 to complete the Week 11 resuls.

2026 Women’s Varsity Division III Top 10 (Week 11)

Pomona-Pitzer Colleges rolls on as the Sagehens stay at No. 1 in the 2026 Week 11/April 1 Women’s Varsity Division III Top 10 Poll.

Pomona-Pitzer (100 points) – which returns to rating as a unanimous top selection – is again followed by Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges (95 points) and California Lutheran University (90 points).

Chapman University (83 points) breaks a tie from last week with Augustana College (82 points) to gain sole control of the No. 4 slot.  Augustana, Macalester College (75 points) and Whittier College (70 points) rate at No. 5-to-7, while Occidental College (48 points) and previously not ranked Washington & Jefferson College (47 points) move up to No. 8 and 9.

The University of Redlands (36 points) completes the Top 10.

2026 Women’s Varsity Collegiate Water Polo Association Top 5 (Week 11)

Harvard University is joined by Princeton University at No. 1 in the Week 11/April 1 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Women’s Varsity Top Five Poll.

The defending/2025 CWPA Champion Crimson (96 points) are equaled by the 2000, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2023 and 2024 league champion Tigers (96 points) with 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 league champion the University of Michigan (93 points) just off the pace.

Brown University (85 points) and Bucknell University (80 points) once more complete the Top Five.

The Vikings (100 points) and Macalester College (95 points) march on at No. 1 and 2, while Washington & Jefferson College (90 points) ascends from No. 5 to 3 with Carthage College (85 points) and Austin College (80 points) dropping back to No. 4 and 5.
