2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Texas Division Schedule

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases a change to the 2026 Women’s Collegiate Club Texas Division schedule with the addition of the University of Houston.

Now comprised of Houston, Rice University, Texas A&M University “A”, Texas A&M University “B”, Texas State University, Texas Tech University and the University of Texas, the division will contest its 24th season in 2026.

Texas A&M (2001, 2008, 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), Texas (2002, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2016) and Rice (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006) have combined for all 23 prior division crowns.  A Texas Division champion was not crowned during either the 2020 or 2021 seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic terminating the completion and start of the campaigns, respectively.

Regular season competition begins with 14 games on Saturday-Sunday, January 31-February 1, at Rice in Houston, Texas, prior to concluding with a 16-game slate on Saturday-Sunday, February 21-22, at Texas A&M in College Station, Texas.

The 11-game Texas Division Championship will take place at Rice on Saturday-Sunday, March 28-29, with the victor earning the group’s automatic berth to the 2026 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship on Friday-Sunday, April 17-19, at the Carlisle YMCA Aquatic Center in Carlisle, Pa.
