2026 Men’s Collegiate Club New York Division Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases and updated 2026 Men’s Collegiate Club New York Division schedule.
Colgate University, Columbia University, Cornell University, New York University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Syracuse University, the United States Coast Guard Academy, the United States Merchant Marine Academy and the United States Military Academy will compete in the division this year as the grouping contests its 31st season of competition in 2026.
Competition begins on Saturday-Sunday, September 26-27, at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., as Army hosts 21 games in two pools with all the teams in action.
The final regular season weekend on Saturday-Sunday, October 17-18, at Colgate in Hamilton, N.Y., experiences significant changes as Merchant Marine will compete exclusively during the weekend of September 26-27 at Army. Merchant Marine’s absence adjusts the schedule as 14-games will take place at Colgate with competition during the weekend utilizing six-minute quarters, no overtime and teams limited to one timeout per half.
The division championship on Saturday-Sunday, October 31-November 1, at RPI in Troy, N.Y., also is impacted by the lack of Merchant Marine as the division championship retracts to an eight-team event. Action on Saturday, October 31, will use six-minute quarters with sudden death overtime and teams limited to one timeout per half. Play on Sunday, November 1, will utilize regulation collegiate club rules.
The victor of the weekend earns the group’s automatic berth to the 2026 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship on November 6-8 at the Huntsville Aquatics Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
