BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Defending National Champion the University of California-Davis returns to being the only team at No. 1 as the Aggies edge out California Polytechnic State University in the Week 12/April 26 Women’s National Collegiate Club Top 20 Poll for the 2018 season.
The Aggies of UC-Davis (98 points), who captured the Sierra Pacific Division Championship, reacquire sole custody of the top slot after being tied with the Pacific Coast Division Champion Mustangs of Cal Poly (96 points) last week.
Pacific Coast Division Championship runner-up the University of California-Los Angeles (88 points) and Sierra Pacific Division Championship runner-up the University of California (88 points) are now tied at No. 3 after ranking at No. 3 and 4, respectively, last week.
Southeast Division Champion the University of Florida (77 points), Northwest Division Champion the University of Washington (69 points), the University of California-Santa Barbara (66 points), Mid-Atlantic Division Pennsylvania State University (62 points), the University of California-Santa Cruz (54 points) and Midwest Division Champion Lindenwood University (53 points) rearrange to complete the Top 10.
The University of California-San Diego (51 points) and San Diego State University (40 points) continue to rate at No. 11 and 12, the University of Michigan (39 points) and Big Ten Division Champion The Ohio State University (39 points) tying at No. 13.
Atlantic Division Champion Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (27 points), the University of Notre Dame (26 points), Grand Valley State University (23 points), Texas Division Champion Texas A&M University (21 points), the University of Oregon (17 points) and the University of Southern California (7 points) complete the Top 20.
