BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Defending National Champion the University of California-Davis continues as a unanimous No. 1 selection as the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the Week 8/March 29 Women’s National Collegiate Club Top 20 Poll for the 2018 season.
The Aggies (100 points) lead a National Top 20 Poll which experiences minor changes throughout the rankings.
California Polytechnic State University (95 points), the University of California-Los Angeles (88 points), the University of Florida (84 points) and Pennsylvania State University (74 points) hang on at No. 2-to-5, respectively, while the trio of Lindenwood University (69 points), Grand Valley State University (69 points) and the University of Washington (69 points) move into a tie at No. 6.
The University of California (67 points) and California State University-Chico (59 points) stay at No. 9 and 10, respectively, with the University of Texas (45 points) and the University of California-Santa Barbara (43 points) ascending to No. 11 and 12.
San Diego State University (38 points) and the University of Oregon (38 points) are now tied at No. 13, while the University of Michigan (28 points) drops back to No. 15 in front of No. 16 the University of California-San Diego (25 points).
Dartmouth College (14 points) and the University of California-Santa Cruz (14 points) rate in a tie at No. 17 with Michigan State University (12 points) and Texas A&M University (5 points) completing the Top 20.
