BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) seeks volunteer marketing interns for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 seasons.
Key Responibilities:
• Assist with the creation of content for social media, emails and website, tracking trends online and across other conferences/sports
• Collaborate with other league staff to enhance the game day experience for athletes/coaches
• Be an advocate to grow the organization’s presence in the community
Job Requirements:
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program. The CWPA supports the awarding of college credit for the internship experience.
• Strong Digital and Social Media skills
• Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills
• Exhibit creative approaches generating awareness and promotion
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks
• Ability to interact with a variety of personnel in the league office and at the member institutions
• Energetic, Inspirational Personality
• A collaborative Team Player
• Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
• Sports and entertainment experience is preferred
• Photography/videography experience is a plus
• HTML and/or graphic design knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of and appreciation of intercollegiate sports (including water polo)
