BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) is seeking both remote and in-person motivated and creative interns to join its Multimedia Department for the upcoming 2026-27 water polo seasons. Internship opportunities are available for both remote and in-person positions.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in sports media production, with a strong emphasis on developing both production and post-production skills. Interns will be given opportunities to help produce remote and championship broadcasts, CWPA’s Weekly in-studio shows, content creation, graphic design, and other digital content.
The CWPA’s Multimedia Department is responsible for producing broadcasts of all covered water polo games. Along with creating instructional, promotional, and informational content that supports the Association’s member institutions, student-athletes, coaches, officials, and fans.
The CWPA’s mission is to enrich the student-athlete experience by providing service that goes above and beyond what is expected.
Responsibilities

Assisting in live and remote broadcasts throughout the CWPA season.

Operate broadcast equipment and production software under the guidance of the Multimedia staff.

Edit game highlights, videos, promotional materials, and other content needed for CWPA Weekly shows and broadcasts.

Create gameday posts for social media and graphics for both CWPA Weekly shows and broadcasts.

Create multimedia content for the CWPA’s social media platforms and digital channels.

Assist with pre-production planning, live production, and post-production workflows.

Collaborate with staff and fellow interns to produce high-quality content.

Perform additional multimedia and broadcast-related projects as assigned.
