BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The vault of the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) will break open in the upcoming months as eight lost CWPA Remote and six unheard PoloCAST episodes will be released.  Dates for the releases will be announced in the future.

The interviews for both series were recorded in the era around the COVID-19 outbreak and were not compiled at the time.  Fast forward several years, and the lost footage will be produced and published for the water polo community.

PoloCast was a biweekly series during the 2020-22 seasons that highlighted some of water polo’s best minds and athletes over the past 50+ years in a longer format interview. The previous PoloCAST episodes are available on Apple Podcasts, Breaker, Google Podcasts, Pocket Casts, RadioPublic, Anchor and Spotify.

Hosted by CWPA Hall of Fame inductee and former Team Canada Olympian George Gross, Jr., the podcast provided listeners with more than just an X’s and O’s conversation about water polo – but a dialogue about what helped good players, coaches and administrators reach the top of the game.

The CWPA Remote series featured shorter format interviews hosted by former CWPA Director of Membership Mike Shannon, CWPA Director of Communications Ed Haas and most recently Gross highlighting personalities, athletes and coaches.
