2025 Men’s Collegiate Club Atlantic Division Schedule

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) will provide free streaming coverage of the Men’s Collegiate Club Atlantic Division Championship on Saturday-Sunday, November 1-2, at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C.  Streaming coverage is available for free at: www.CWPATV.com.

Following the decision of the United States Naval Academy to compete in the championship field, the eight team bracket is set to contest a 12-game tournament.

Note, due to time limitations on Saturday, November 1, games will utilize six-minute quarters and sudden death overtime with each team limited to one timeout per half.  On Sunday, November 2, normal collegiate club rules (seven minute quarters, etc.) will be used for the four final games.

Competition begins at 10:30 a.m. Eastern on Saturday, November 1, as host/No 7 seed NC State takes on No. 2 seed Navy.  No. 3 seed Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech) faces No. 6 seed the University of North Carolina at 11:30 a.m. before No. 4 seed James Madison University meets No. 5 seed the University of Maryland at 12:30 p.m. and No. 1 seed the University of Virginia duels with No. 8 seed Duke University at 1:30 p.m.

Loser of Game 2-vs.-Loser Game 1 (2:30 p.m.), Winner Game 1-vs.-Winner Game 2 (3:30 p.m.), Loser Game 3-vs.-Loser Game 4 (4:30 p.m.) and Winner Game 4-vs.-Winner Game 3 (5:30 p.m.) conclude the opening day of competition.

On Sunday, November 2, Loser Game 5-vs.-Loser Game 7 (10:30 a.m.), Winner Game 7-vs.-Winner Game 5 (11:40 a.m.) and Loser Game 6-vs.-Loser Game 8 (12:50 p.m.) determine Seventh, Fifth and Third Places, respectively, before the Atlantic Division Championship title game at 2:00 p.m. matching Winner Game 8-vs.-Winner Game 6.

The victor of the Atlantic Division Championship earns the No. 5 position in the field for the 2025 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship at the Carlisle Family YMCA (103 Midway Drive) in Carlisle, Pa., on Friday-Sunday, November 7-9.
