BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Due to George Washington University informing the league of the institution’s intent to not compete in women’s water polo during the 2021 season, the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I ranks will feature four teams with the University of Michigan, Bucknell University, Mount St. Mary’s University and Saint Francis University.
Princeton University, Brown University and Harvard University elected to forego the Spring 2021 season due to institutional and Ivy League policy brought about for the 2020-21 academic year by the COVID-19 pandemic.
