BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Following a review by the league’s Governance Council, Cornell University is awarded the New York Division’s bid to the 2026 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship at the Huntsville Aquatics Center in Huntsville, Alabama, on Friday-Sunday, November 6-8.
Cornell – which claimed the New York Division regular season title and No. 1 berth for the division championship on Saturday-Sunday, October 31-November 1, at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, N.Y. – earns the spot due to a 23-9 regular season defeat of Columbia University. Cornell and Columbia were competing in the division title game at RPI on Sunday, November 1, but a medical incident caused the facility to be shutdown and the title tilt terminated prior to the conclusion of the game.
