CLAREMONT, Calif. — The USA Water Polo Division III Men’s Collegiate Water Polo National Championship returns this season with competition headed to Claremont, Calif., from Saturday-Sunday, December 6-7. Division III No.2-ranked/Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Champion Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges earned hosting honors and the No. 1 seed after claiming the SCIAC Championship. They will be joined in the competition by SCIAC runner-up/Division III No. 1/No. 2 seed Pomona-Pitzer Colleges, Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) Championship fourth place finisher/Division III No. 10/No. 3 seed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Mountain Pacific Sports Federation East champion/Division III No. 9/No. 4 seed Augustana College
