BRIDGEPORT, Pa — Harvard University head coach Ted Minnis talks about communication in a video by the Positive Coaching Alliance.
Minnis accredits his communication skills to coaching girls early on in his career. He explains that coming from the boys’ side he had to learn how to communicate more clearly and effectively without raising his voice. The school motto was “Women learning, women leading,” and he attests those 12 years coaching and teaching to his success as a coach today.
