BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Grace Thawley (Sr., Santa Ana, Calif./Mater Dei) posted 15 goals and three assists to help No. 16-ranked Harvard University register a 4-0 weekend at home during the Harvard Invitational to garner recognition as the March 6 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Player of the Week.

A three-time Player of the Week selection following previous honors in 2020 (March 9) and 2022 (February 7), Thawley started the weekend by racking up six goals in a 10-7 CWPA defeat of No. 21 Brown University at home in Blodgett Pool on Friday, March 3.

On Saturday, March 4, she chipped in a pair of markers in an 11-7 victory over No. 16 Wagner College prior to recording a goal and an assist to help the Crimson roll over Division III No. 7 the University of Redlands, 16-2,

Thawley capped off the weekend by adding another goal and assist in a 10-7 win against No. 23 California State University-Northridge prior to dishing out an assist and scoring five goals to allow Harvard to outlast La Salle University, 13-9.
