BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Kristen Hong (Sr., Orinda, Calif./Miramonte) of Harvard University tallied seven goals, four assists, five ejections drawn and a pair of field blocks during a 2-0 opening weekend for the Crimson to earn status as the January 28 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I Player of the Week.
She led the way for the No. 18-ranked Crimson as the team dispatched Villanova University (20-12 W) and host Iona College (10-7 W) in a sweep on Sunday, January 27, during Harvard’s opening weekend of competition.
