BALTIMORE, Md. — Johns Hopkins University will rebroadcast the Blue Jays’ 14-8 home defeat of the United States Naval Academy from the 2016 season on Wednesday, September 30, at 6:00 p.m. Eastern via HopTV.

The rebroadcast will air on the official YouTube channel of Hopkins Athletics (YouTube.com/HopkinsSports).  The game marks the first of a weekly series of rebroadcasted streams in men’s water polo, volleyball, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, football and cross country.

The 2016 clash between the Blue Jays and Midshipmen marked the inaugural game in Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC) history.  The contest took place on Friday, September 23, 2016, at JHU’s Newton White Athletic Center.  For Hopkins, Andreas Katsis and Josh Kurtz led the way in the game with four goals, while netminder John Wilson turned away 16 shots to earn the win.
