BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Incoming Princeton University goalie West Temkin earned an invitation to the USA Water Polo Senior National Team training camp and practices ahead of international competition this summer including the FINA World Championships and FINA World League Super Final.

The USA Men’s National Team is back in the pool this week for training after practices in January and February. In the coming weeks they will blend invited newcomers with returning athletes as European club schedules come to a finish including participants from the Tokyo Olympic Games.

In June, the Team USA roster for the FINA World Championships, taking place in Budapest, Hungary on June 20-July 3, will be announced. In addition, a roster for the FINA World League Super Final scheduled for July will also be announced following the training camps.

A member of the USA Water Polo Men’s Youth National Team and a graduate of Campolindo High School in Moraga, Calif., Temkin is among the youngest athletes offered an invitation to the training camp.
