Three-time Olympian and KAP7 co-founder Wolf Wigo trades in his suit for a whiteboard and marker for “Chalk Talk with Olympian Wolf Wigo” – a series designed to demonstrate plays and strategies for water polo coaches of all levels.
In this “Chalk Talk”, Wigo transitions to the defensive side of the ball where this week he discusses different ways to defend a 3-3 formation when down a man on defense.
