BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — KAP7 co-founder and three-time Olympian Wolf Wigo discusses defensive strategies for two styles of two-meter defenders in this KAP7 Tip of the Week/Chalk Talk.
Now in its fourth year of existence since the first video was released on February 4, 2013, the KAP7 Tip of the Week series features instruction on basic skills (egg-beater, passing, goalie technique) and more advanced skills and tricks to help players raise their game to another level.
