Due to many student athlete’s strong swimming background, most American water polo players have a tendency to use their hands and arms to execute movement in the water, when instead they should be using their legs. Olympian Brad Schumacher demonstrates a technique to strengthen an athlete’s extremities and make their moves more explosive.
