BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) continues to look back at its KAP7 Tip of the Week series.
In this edition, Olympians/KAP7 co-founders Brad Schumacher and Wolf Wigo demonstrate a few ideal techniques to neutralize a player who is constantly trying to get up in the lane. Among the techniques shared, one is a fake lateral pull that makes your opponent over commit to one side, throwing off his/her balance and reaction time. Another is to shoot an imaginary line, which you swim rapidly towards to intercept your opponent.
